Important Guidelines
In compliance with the directions of the Government of India and the Reserve Bank of India, it is now mandatory for all account holders to complete their C.K.Y.C. (Central Know Your Customer) process on the Central Registry of Securitization Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest (CERSAI). This is a statutory requirement. Therefore, we kindly request all esteemed members to visit the bank and submit the self-attested photocopies of their photo, PAN card, and Aadhaar card, along with the K.Y.C. form, for completing the C.K.Y.C. process. Please note that, as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, failure to comply with this requirement will result in a restriction on transactions in your account. We appreciate your cooperation.

- बैंक द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु समय-समय पर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया जाता हैं। अच्छे कार्य करने पर कर्मचारियों को बैंक द्वारा आयोजित वार्शिक आमसभा में सम्मानित किया जाता है। और प्रतिवर्श कर्मचारियों को वेतन-वृद्धि दी जाती है।
- कर्मचारियों के कार्य में गुणवत्ता लाने के लिये समय-समय पर ट्रेनिंग एवं प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाता है।
- डिजीटल बैंकिंग, तकनीकी प्रषिक्षण, स्किल डवलपमेंट एवं अन्य कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने हेतु, (एनसीयूआई), (नेफकब), (आरबीआई) के द्वारा आयोजित प्रषिक्षण में ट्रेनिंग हेतु भेजा जाता है।
